Retrotech is an independent software company based in Fujairah, in the United Arab Emirates. For eighteen years we have built the systems heavy industry runs on — refinery and terminal operations, fleet management at sea, and controlled documents on engineering projects — used every day across the Gulf, Greece, and India. We are builders first: the people who design our software are the people who answer for it in production.
Our story
Born in maritime.
Retrotech started in maritime software, building fleet management with ship owners and operators — software that had to work at sea, offline, and under inspection. That discipline shaped everything that came after.
From the fleet we moved ashore: refinery and terminal operations, then controlled documentation for the engineering projects that build them. Along the way we built many smaller systems as client projects and joint ventures — from invoice tracking to property and HR management.
Today the same team runs three independent products and a custom development practice, live across the UAE, Greece, and India.
